Ingredients

  • 300 g noodles (mussel noodles)
  • 600 g carrot (s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g sprin onion (s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 16 leaves sage
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the clam noodles. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Stew in the broth for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking several times. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into small pieces and cook for about 3 minutes. Heat the butter, fry the sage in it. Add the drained pasta and vegetables, toss in them. Salt and pepper.
