Ingredients
- 2 bunch spring onion (s), cut into small slices
- 60 g herb butter
- 500 g mushrooms, quartered
- 400 ml cream
- salt
- pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
- 300 g ham, cooked, diced
- 250 g Goronzola, rouhly diced
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch, (Gustin)
- 250 g noodles, (mussel noodles)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, for greasing the baking dish

- Sauté the spring onions in the herb butter, add the mushrooms and cream, bring to the boil, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Add the cooked ham and Gorgonzola, melt the cheese, tie with Gustin and season to taste.
- Cook the clam pasta for 13 minutes until al dente. Fill with the sauce, place tightly in a greased baking dish and pour the remaining sauce over it.
- Up to here you can prepare the dish wonderfully stress-free. Then bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for only 20 minutes.
