Ingredients

  • 2 peppers
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • some broccoli
  • 1 cup cream
  • 400 g round beef
  • salt and pepper
  • some chicken broth
  • some herbs, to taste
  • 1 sachet rice

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a simmer in a saucepan and add the chicken stock. When the water boils, add the rice.
  2. In the meantime, heat a pan with olive oil. Add the chopped onion, garlic and ground beef to the pan. Immediately reduce the temperature a little.
  3. Cook the prepared vegetables in another pan with olive oil and herbs to taste, salt and pepper. Add a little rice water and mix. When the vegetables are done, add a cup of cream.
  4. Mix all ingredients and add the cooked rice.
