- 500 g potato (s), from the day before
- 100 g pickled cucumber (s), small
- 50 g cucumber (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- marjoram
- thyme

- Cut the potatoes, pickled cucumber, cucumber and banana into equal pieces and place everything in a bowl.
- For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise and vinegar together and mix carefully with the salad ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme and definitely also with curry! The curry goes very well with the banana!
