- 3 pork schnitzel
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 cup flour
- 1 packet nacho (s), variety your choice
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter or oil

- Chop up the chips with a rolling pin. Put the flour in a plate. Mix eggs and transfer to another plate. Put the chip crumbs in another plate.
- Beat the schnitzel with a meat mallet, then season with pepper and salt on both sides. Then turn the schnitzel in the flour - then in the egg, so that the entire schnitzel is coated with egg. Then place in the nachos. The chips should cover the schnitzel everywhere.
