Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple on one long side and carefully remove the meat, then cut into small cubes. Save the peel of the pineapple.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot. Add ham and garlic and stir-fry. Add 75 g of the diced pineapple and all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Scoop the mixture into the hollowed out pineapple, put the lid on and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
