Ingredients
- 2 nectarine (s) or peaches, ripe, fresh
- 150 g pineapple, fresh
- 100 g sour cherries, sweetened (frozen)
- 100 ml tea (iced tea, peach flavor)

- Peel the ripe nectarines or peaches and remove the pulp from the core. Puree together with the fresh pineapple (the amount can vary depending on your taste, I used about 1/4 of a small - medium pineapple) and the defrosted sour cherries.
- You can certainly use the sour cherries in the glass and use ice cubes to cool the drink, but I don`t know how that affects the sweetness of the smoothie.
- Then add about 100 ml of iced tea (depending on how thick you want the smoothie) and serve with a straw.
- A very tasty smoothie in which, compared to many other variants, you can also taste the 3 types of fruit.
