- 2 nectarine (s)
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 2 tablespoon glucose
- 200 ml kefir
- 100 ml tea, greener

- First prepare the green tea and let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Wash the fruit and peel it if necessary. The nectarine does not necessarily have to be peeled, only those who do not like the peel should do so and of course remove the seeds.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces and place in a tall container. Add the sugar and kefir. Also add the cooled tea and mix everything vigorously with the magic wand.
- Spread over 2 large glasses and enjoy!
