Ingredients

  • 2 nectarine (s), ripe
  • 0.5 ½ grapefruit (s), pink
  • 4 large biscuit (s), (soft amaretti)
  • 4 tablespoon wine, sweeter e.g., Vino Santo
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Butter for the molds

Instructions

  1. Halve the fruit, remove the stone. Peel the grapefruit and cut into 4 slices.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Grease 4 molds, place the grapefruit slice on the bottom, layer the nectarine with the opening facing up, put in the amaretti. Mix the sweet wine with 2 tablespoons of honey and pour over the amaretti. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix the remaining honey, cinnamon and creme fraiche together. Take the nectarines out of the oven and distribute the cream in dabs all around.
