- 2 carrot (s)
- 50 g nettles, youn leaves
- 50 g daisies, the reen leaves just above the round)
- 1 handful daisies (flowers)
- salt and pepper
- butter
- 750 ml water

- Dice the potatoes, onions and carrots, cut the nettle and daisy leaves into strips.
- Then sweat the onions, carrots and the green leaves in butter, fill up with water and add the potatoes, season. When the vegetables are cooked, season to taste.
- Before serving, decorate the soup with daisy flowers.
