  • 2 tablespoon oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil etc.
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • Melt butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare a smooth, well-kneaded dough from the specified ingredients (makes my Kitchen-Aid with the flat beater). Divide the dough into fist-sized portions, cover with cling film and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the portions very thinly, stretch them a little, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with coarse salt, possibly cheese and / or herbs. Cut the dough into finger-sized pieces with the pizza wheel or a sharp knife (or break the finished crackers after baking), then bake at approx. 200 to 220 ° C with top / bottom heat for 5 minutes.
