No-Bake Cookie Cake with Sour Cream

Ingredients
- Cookies – 300 Grams
- Sour cream – 300 Grams
- Sugar – 100 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar – 8 Grams
- Peeled Nuts – 50 Grams
Directions
- Prepare food. You need to take the simplest shortbread cookies. The fat content of sour cream also does not matter, take any, I have 20% fat.
- For cream, mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Take now a flat plate (square or rectangular). Place the first layer of cookies on top of it.
- Lubricate it very generously with cream.
- Next comes a layer of cookies again – cream – cookies – cream, and so on until you run out of products.
- I have two pieces of cookies left, how many you have left – it doesn’t matter, take it and grind it in a mortar. Add peeled and chopped nuts there, you can fry them a little in a dry frying pan.
- Sprinkle the cake generously, send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or better for the whole night. My cake was completely ready in 4 hours. Delicate, sweet, with the aroma of roasted nuts! Try it!
