No Baked Yoghurt Cake

In summer, you want something light, fresh, airy … Besides, you don’t want to bother with the oven, so desserts and cakes without baking are gaining popularity. Here’s a recipe for a low-calorie cake without baking in the oven.
Ingredients
For the basics:
- Waffles – 50 g
- Nuts – 50 g
- Chocolate – 100 g
- Butter – 70 g
For mousse:
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 50 g
- Yogurt – 300 g
- White chocolate – 100 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin – 10 g
- Water – 50 ml
- Blueberries or other berries – 200 g
Directions
- Soak the gelatin and let it swell.
- Grind waffles with nuts for the base.
- Melt the butter and chocolate and mix together.
- Lay parchment on the board and place a ring with a diameter of 18 cm on top. Lay the inner sides with acetate tape. Tamp the crumb into a mold like a base.
- Put eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a water bath. Stirring all the time, heat to 70-72 ° C.
- Strain the eggs.
- Beat until cool and a fluffy light mass is formed.
- Melt the chocolate and gelatin. Mix yogurt with chocolate. Add gelatin.
- Combine everything with beaten eggs.
- Pour some mousse on the cake, distribute the berries.
- Pour the mousse over them. Refrigerate until solid.
