No Cookie Baked Cake

A cake without cookie baking – a cake from the category “simpler than a steamed turnip.” In my opinion, even a schoolboy and the most novice cook can make a cake without baking from cookies. Very simple – and quite tasty.

Ingredients
- Cookies – 450 Grams
- Cottage cheese – 350 Grams
- Milk – 300 Milliliters
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Cocoa powder – 1
Directions
- Ingredients.
- Lightly moisten the cookies in milk.
- Knead the cottage cheese with a fork until the consistency of a homogeneous cream. We spread the cake in layers: a layer of cookies – a layer of curd mass, etc. until you run out of ingredients.
- Mix sour cream, sugar and cocoa powder in a small saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- When the chocolate frosting has cooled, grease the top and sides of the cake with it.
- Let the cake stand for at least 20-30 minutes, then cut it and serve it to the table.
