Chop the vegetables and meat into fine strips. Finely chop the chilli. Mix the eggs, soy sauce, curry paste, oyster sauce with the vegetables and meat. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. It is best to fry a little bit of the mixture in advance in the pan to check whether you still want to season. Shape small balls with two teaspoons and fry until golden.
Enjoy with a sweet and spicy sauce.
I was in Thailand in 2000 and ate this dish there many times, but unfortunately I never found a recipe for it on the internet.
A restaurant in Thailand emailed me the recipe on request, unfortunately without specifying the exact amount. I have tried it in these proportions and found it to be good.
