Ingredients

  • 500 g pork oulash
  • 150 g Kasseler
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 grains allspice
  • 1 dash ketchup
  • 1 liter water, approx.
  • 1 cube broth, fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sauce thickener
  • 500 g pasta
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. (Garlic into fine cubes.) If necessary, cut the pork goulash into small pieces and season well. Cut the smoked pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sear the meat. When it`s nice and brown, add the smoked pork, onion and garlic. Reduce the heat and when the onion is translucent, add the water, ketchup, stock cube, bay leaves and allspice. Bring to the boil and stew on a low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours. Taste, set.
  3. Cook the pasta in good time according to the instructions.
