Ingredients

  • 40 g pasta, e.., fork spahetti
  • 50 g meat sausae, reduced-calorie
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 100 g onion (s), peeled and diced
  • 100 g zucchini, cleaned and diced
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 5 tablespoon vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, mixed fresh, to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Dice the meat sausage.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage in it. Add the onions and zucchini, stir the tomato paste into the pan, deglaze with the stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Scatter the herbs and mix the pasta with the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
