Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini, finely diced
  • 1 carrot (s), finely diced
  • some cauliflower florets
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 veal sausage, fine, not scalded
  • 25 g soup noodles (e.. letters)
  • salt
  • some basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Squeeze small dumplings out of the sausage and add them to the broth. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Bring salted water to the boil in a second pot and cook the pasta in it. Then drain and quench.
  3. Add the pasta to the vegetables, arrange on a plate and garnish with basil leaves.
