Instructions

  1. Wash the paprika and peppers, cut into half strips. Peel the garlic and shallots and cut the bacon into small cubes.
  2. Fry the bacon in 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the shallots and garlic over medium heat.
  3. Leave.
  4. Boil rice in boiling water.
  5. Sauté the onions in cubes and oil and butter. Add the mince, fry, you should see the minimal reddening of the mince, then add the bacon, onion and garlic and mix. Season with curry powder, paprika, pepper and salt. Add the paprika and hot peppers, sauté over a low heat until tender. Then stir in a pack of sour cream.
  6. Mix with the rice in the pan, then stir in a pack of crème fraîche and, towards the end, add the feta cheese in cubes. Simmer over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
  7. Then add the corn and stir in the cheese. Finally stir in the basil leaves, simmer for another minute. Season to taste and add a few drops of Tabasco.
