Ingredients
- 175 ml coffee, strong, hot
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon syrup (vanilla syrup)
- 2 cl calvados
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream, whipped until half-stiff
- some cinnamon

- Put the honey and vanilla syrup in a glass or large mug. Add the calvados. Top up everything with the coffee. Put the cream on the coffee and sprinkle some cinnamon over it.
