Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • 1 handful broccoli florets
  • 400 g sliced smoked salmon
  • 250 g shrimp (s)
  • 1 handful cheese, grated
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 dash cream
  • 1 handful dill, freshly chopped
  • Herbs Provence
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The quantities given are sufficient for a large baking sheet.
  2. Cook the broccoli until al dente and rinse with cold water, then set aside and let cool down a little.
  3. Knead the flour, baking powder, salt, quark, milk and oil into a dough and roll out as thinly as possible on baking paper. Alternatively, use ready-made dough from the cooling shelf.
  4. Finely chop the dill, add to the crème fraîche and mix with the cream to a creamy mass. Season to taste with pepper and salt, be careful with salt, the smoked salmon has a lot to offer.
  5. The tomato paste is spread thinly on the rolled out dough, and the smoked salmon and broccoli are placed on top. Sprinkle with cheese, then spread the prawns on the batter. Season with herbs from Provence. Finally, spoon the cream onto the pizza and place it in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
