Ingredients

  • 125 g hazelnuts, round
  • 125 g almond (s), round
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g chocolate, (dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Mix the hazelnuts, almonds, sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add to the mixture. Mix the whole thing well. Then whip the egg whites firmly with a pinch of salt. Fold the egg whites into the mass.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Place a small pile with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure that there is enough space to the next place. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes depending on the degree of browning you want. After cooling, put a teaspoon of melted chocolate on each cookie.
