- 100 g chocolate (white Chrisp)
- 260 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 2 egg (s)
- 80 ml oil
- 120 g suar
- 100 g Nutella
- 80 g crème fraîche
- 140 g yourt (skimmed milk yourt)

- Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate in a bowl. In a second bowl, beat the eggs, oil, sugar, Nutella, creme fraiche and yoghurt until frothy. Add flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into a muffin pan and bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
