  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 250 g wheat flour type 405
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Pour the buttermilk over the oat flakes, salt and sugar, stir and leave to soak for approx. 1 - 1.5 hours.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the oatmeal. Mix all ingredients with the dough hook of the hand mixer.
  3. Shape the dough into 8 balls, flatten them to 1 cm and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven 160 ° C).
  4. It is best to serve it lukewarm.
