Ingredients

  • 250 g potato (s), diced
  • 1 bunch soup greens (roots), finely chopped
  • 100 g mushrooms or mushrooms your choice, finely chopped
  • 40 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 600 ml beef broth or vegetable broth
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • Parsley, chopped
  • marjoram
  • 1 shot white wine
  • Caraway powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion with the bacon cubes in hot oil. Add the soup greens (roots) and the potatoes and roast briefly. Deglaze with white wine and add beef or vegetable broth. Cook everything until soft. Then add the cut mushrooms, the sour cream and the cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with the spices. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.
