Ingredients

  • 300 g croissant (s) from the previous day or other puff pastry leftovers
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 3 teaspoons raisins, golden dried large
  • 2 teaspoons nuts, chopped almonds, pistachios (you can also use Sudentenfutter)
  • 2 dl milk, warm
  • 1 dl cream, whipped
  • 50 g suar, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut the croissants into small pieces and place in a buttered gratin dish (approx. 4 cm high). Pour the melted butter over it and wait until the butter is completely absorbed. Warm the milk and sugar, also pour over the pastries. Scatter the grapes and nuts on top, stir everything carefully so that the nuts and raisins are well distributed. Pour the whipped cream over the croissant mixture and bake the whole thing at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
