  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g pasta (Farfalle, Penne or Fusilli)
  • 100 g fresh spinach or 3 talers frozen spinach
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 1 handful basil
  • 2 teaspoons marjoram
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese or e.g. soy cuisine
  • 1 ½ cup vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. This one-pot pasta recipe is ready after 15 minutes at the latest, because there is not much to chop and everything is cooked in one pot. In a nice large pot, it can also be served great for many people.
  2. 1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. 2. Cut the basil a little smaller, as does the fresh spinach.
  4. 3. Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, add the vegetable stock and cook the pasta in it. If necessary, add more liquid. Season to taste and serve.
