Ingredients

  • 0.6 kg liver (s)
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 0.3 kg mushrooms
  • 0.2 kg sour cream
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 1 leek
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 0.2 kg rice

Instructions

  1. For the rice: Chop 1 onion, cut the leek and spring onion into rings. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a saucepan, sauté the onion briefly, add rice for 2 minutes, then deglaze. Cook 2 dl meat stock gently for 10 minutes, add leek and spring onion and finish cooking for another 10 minutes.
  2. Liver pan: Heat the oil well in a pan, cut 2 onions into rings and fry well with the mushrooms, add the liver cut into cubes, cook for 5 minutes with 1 dl meat stock, add sour cream, season again if necessary.
