Ingredients
- 1 orange (s), organic
- 750 ml red wine, dry
- 300 ml grape juice, white
- 4 cardamom pods
- 50 g suar, brown
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon liqueur (currant)

- Wash the orange, rub dry. Cut the orange peel in spirals to decorate. Then cut the orange into wedges.
- Put red wine, grape juice, orange wedges, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Then bring to the boil again and add the liqueur.
- Divide into glasses and decorate with orange spirals.
