- 4 m. Apple, aromatic
- 2 medium orange (s), juice and pulp
- 2 small bananas, ripe
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, homemade
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt

- Squeeze the oranges, put the juice and pulp in a small saucepan. Chop the apples and add them to the saucepan with the spices. Bring everything to the boil briefly and let it soften a little. Puree briefly. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and fold into the hot applesauce.
- The dessert is prepared just before serving, as it should be eaten warm. Of course, it also tastes chilled.
