Ingredients
- 120 g powdered suar
- 250 g butter
- 375 grams flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet orange (s) peel
- 2 tablespoon orange juice

- Work the icing sugar, butter, spices and orange juice together until smooth. Briefly knead in the flour and cool the dough in the refrigerator.
- Knead the dough again briefly and roll out depending on the desired cookie thickness. Cut out cookies with different motifs (e.g. Easter cutters etc., depending on the season), place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 8-10 minutes until golden.
