Ingredients
- 500 ml orange juice (not from concentrate), 100% fruit
- 30 g cornstarch
- 50 g suar, brown
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Put all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a hand blender for 1 minute. Then put the liquid in a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, but do not bring to the boil. Let cool down.
- Put in prepared handle molds, silicone molds etc. and leave to freeze overnight. Makes about 10 popsicles.
- Also works with other fruit juices, but it has to be 100% not-from-concentrate.
