Ingredients

  • 750 g orane (s) (fillets with juice), weihed net
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 200 g chestnuts, cooked
  • 50 g chocolate flakes (77% cocoa content)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ orange peel, dried, ground or grated, untreated
  • 100 ml Cointreau
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Fillet as many oranges that the amount with the juice collected is 750 g.
  2. Puree the chestnuts with the juice from the oranges very finely, add the orange fillets and coarsely puree. Bring to the boil with lime juice, orange peel and preserving sugar and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the chocolate shavings, stir, add Cointreau and fill.
