Ingredients

  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 1 sachet pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 250 g quark or 1 cup cream
  • 1 can tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a pudding from the orange juice, 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar and the pudding powder according to the instructions on the packet. Let cool while stirring.
  2. Meanwhile, drain the mandarins and cut them into small pieces. Mix with the quark and the second tablespoon of vanilla sugar. When the pudding has become lukewarm, everything can be stirred together. Now fill in dessert bowls and chill.
  3. If you like, you can also add a mug of whipped cream to the pudding instead of quark.
