Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 5 tablespoon semolina, (soft wheat)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- N / A sweetener
- 1 large apple
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- N / A sweetener
- cinnamon powder

- First peel and core the apple and cut into 1-2 cm cubes. Put this in a saucepan with the lemon juice and let the honey simmer for about 10 minutes or less. Then season with cinnamon and sweetener.
- In the meantime, put the milk, sugar and sweetener in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the semolina while stirring. Remove the pan from the plate and when the semolina is relatively thick, stir in the orange juice with a whisk and briefly heat it up again.
- Put the semolina in a deep plate and add the compote and sprinkle with cinnamon again if necessary.
- Do not mix the milk with the juice already, as the milk will curdle when heated. Therefore only add the juice when the semolina has already been added.
- This portion keeps you full for a long time and has a total of only 5.5 WW points.
