- 500 ml milk
- Sugar, amount as needed
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 6 cardamom pods, green, pressed on

- Boil all ingredients together in a saucepan, always stirring so that nothing burns. Let the spices steep a little, then the taste will be more intense. Pour through a sieve. Serve hot or warm.
- You can use between 1-3 tablespoons of sugar.
