Oven-Baked Pasta (Portioned)

A very tasty and original side dish made from simple products. Pasta with eggs and cheese are baked in the oven in portioned molds.

Ingredients

  • Pasta (feathers, horns, spirals, etc.) – 200 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Ground paprika – 0.5-1 teaspoon. (taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh greens (optional) – for decoration

Directions

  1. We prepare products.
  2. Cook pasta in salted water for 10-15 minutes until tender. We wash the finished pasta under running water and put it in a colander so that the water is glass.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate container, salt.
  4. Lubricate portion molds (for muffins) with softened butter.
  5. Put the pasta in molds and pour with beaten eggs.
  6. Sprinkle the pasta with paprika.
  7. Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese.
  8. We place the molds in a preheated oven and bake the macaroni and cheese for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready-made pasta baked in the oven in portions, decorate with herbs, and serve hot.
