Ingredients

  • 1 kg goulash, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 3 teaspoons thyme, dried
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ tomato paste
  • 2 cans tomato (s), chunky, 45 ml each
  • 2 cans white beans, 45 ml each
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 200 g feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the carrots into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pot / pan, fry the meat vigorously, season with salt and pepper. Fry the onion, garlic, carrots and thyme and briefly with them. Stir in tomato paste and tomatoes, add the stock and bring to the boil. Add the drained beans and season with salt and pepper. Put everything in a large ovenproof dish and cook covered in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 hour 45 minutes. Then sprinkle the oven goulash with feta and serve with bread.
