  • 700 g kohlrabi
  • 120 g pork belly
  • a bit salt
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 60 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon, fresher

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Then place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, season and coat with cream cheese, then spread the pork belly on top. Now pour the vegetable stock over it. Now close the aluminum foil to a bag.
  2. Cook the kohlrabi for about 15 minutes in a hot oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Serve sprinkled with tarragon.
