  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, potatoes, parsley roots and onions. Cut the carrots and parsley roots into pieces about 5-6 cm long and quarter or halve. Now cook the potatoes and carrots in salted water for 5 minutes. Add the parsley roots. Cook everything together for another 3 minutes. Then drain the water and drain the vegetables. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Sauté the onions in butter in a pan and place them in a baking dish with the vegetables mixed with sugar. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook everything in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Chop the parsley and mix with the vegetables with the lemon juice.
