Oven-Stewed Vegetables

Juicy young vegetables cooked in the oven are delicious! And if you bake vegetables in the oven with homemade sausage, then it’s also satisfying.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Young small potatoes – 500-600 g
Zucchini or zucchini – 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper – 1-2 pcs.
Young carrots – 1-2 pcs.
Bulb onions – 2-3 pcs.
Homemade sausage – 150-200 g
Dill (optional) – 1 bunch
Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon

How to cook vegetables in the oven

Directions

Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.
Cut sweet peppers into thick strips or squares.
Peel the carrots, wash, cut into slices.
Peel the onion, chop finely.
Mix the vegetables. Add small young potatoes. What you need is a small one, the size of a cherry – it is the most delicate. Add dill, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly again.
Cut the sausage into slices or cubes.
Put vegetables in the form. Spread the pieces of sausage on top. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
Place in the oven. Cook vegetables in the oven for about 50 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
