  • 200 g tomato (s), preferably small
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch (s) salt, preferably sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Halve the tomatoes and place with the cut side up in a baking dish or serving dish. Spread the balsamic vinegar, oregano, pepper and salt evenly over the top. Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften. You can also drizzle some olive oil over it.
  2. The tomatoes can be served hot or lukewarm.
