- 1.2 kg potato (s) (new potatoes)
- 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- salt
- 2 peppers, colored
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and season with salt. Then cook in the oven for about 30 minutes. Turn in between.
- Wash and clean the vegetables and then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the garlic. Add everything to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Place the rosemary on top and cook the vegetables for another 20-25 minutes.
