Ingredients
- 60 g oatmeal, tender
- 5 g coconut chips
- 5 g coconut flakes
- 10 g apricot (s), dried
- 10 g fi (s), dried
- 10 g date (s), dried
- 200 ml milk

- Cut the apricots, figs and dates into small pieces and mix with the remaining dry ingredients. Add the milk and stir. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- I also like to add fresh fruit just before dinner.
- Tip: I always make a larger amount from the dry ingredients, then I only have the Schnippelei and breakfast in stock.
