- 1 apple, red
- 200 ml apple juice
- 100 ml water
- cinnamon powder
- clove powder

- Quarter and core the apple. Then cut into small sticks.
- Put the apple, water and apple juice in the blender and puree. Then put the clove powder and cinnamon powder in the blender and mix again. There is more cinnamon powder than clove powder in the drink.
- Either drink cold or heat up in the microwave. If there is too much spice in the apple punch, just add a little more apple juice.
