Ingredients

  • 4 heads Pak Choi
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (Tasmanian Leatherwood)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, dark, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pak choi into small pieces (the white into very fine strips). Cut the chilli and the onion into thin rings. Finely grate the ginger. Now put all ingredients in a bowl and mix everything together. Let it steep for 0.5 hours. Goes well with BBQ
