- Clean and wash the pak choi and cut the stems crosswise into 1 cm wide strips. Clean and chop the carrots, quarter the onions.
- Sauté the vegetables in olive oil until the onions begin to brown. Mix in the finely chopped garlic and deglaze with soy sauce. Pour in the apple juice and stew the vegetables until they are al dente.
- Serve with rice.
