Ingredients

  • 160 ml water, lukewarm
  • 80 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 500g flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry yeast with sugar and water and let stand for a few minutes. Now add the remaining ingredients and knead well. Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes. Then knead again and form approx. 15-20 balls out of it.
  2. Preheat a pan (preferably coated). Roll out the pieces of dough into very thin flatbreads (a piece of a broomstick is particularly suitable for this). Bake briefly on both sides in a hot pan without oil (until the bubbles that form turn brown).
  3. The amount is enough for approx. 15 to 20 flat cakes.
