Pancakes with Cottage Cheese, Cherries, Strawberry and Vanilla Sauce

I suggest you prepare an incredibly delicious dessert – tender pancakes with sweet curd cream and juicy cherries. Served with strawberry or vanilla sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pancakes – 10 Pieces
  • Curd – 300 Grams
  • Sour cream – 3 Art. spoons
  • Powdered sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Cherries – 300 Grams (s / frozen)
  • Strawberries – 100 Grams (s / frozen)
  • Berry juice – 200 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Starch – 2 Art. spoons
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Cream – 250 Milliliters
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare the required foods. Defrost freshly frozen strawberries and cherries at room temperature, do not pour out the juice.
  2. Prepare the required foods for the strawberry sauce.
  3. Dilute starch (1 tablespoon) in 50 ml of water. Beat the strawberries with a blender until puree.
  4. Combine with sugar (2 tablespoons) and juice, bring to a boil. Pour in the diluted starch and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool it down.
  5. Dilute the starch (1 tablespoon) in 50 ml of cream. Bring the rest of the cream to a boil. Beat egg, sugar (2 tablespoons) and vanillin until smooth. Pour in hot milk in a thin stream, stir. Add diluted starch, stir. Cook over low heat until thickened. Cool it down.
  6. Cottage cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, vanillin, beat with a blender until creamy.
  7. Lubricate the pancakes with it, put a few cherries. Wrap in a roll, cut in half along the side.
  8. Serve with strawberry and vanilla sauce.
