Pancakes with Fruits That will not Spoil the Figure

Pancakes – how we love them! Delicious, but too high in calories – they are enemies of the figure. Healthy food is trending now, everyone wants to be slim! I propose a variant of pancakes according to the system of proper nutrition from which you will get great pleasure without adding extra pounds.
Servings: 7
Ingredients
- cottage cheese 5% 220 g
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- milk 1.5% 400 ml
- butter 82.5% 35 g
- Jerusalem artichoke syrup 1 tbsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- sea salt 0.5 tsp
- whole-grain wheat flour 150 g
- any fruit 0.5 kg
Directions
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Place cottage cheese, milk, eggs, softened butter, salt, syrup in a blender bowl and beat.
Combine flour with baking powder and pour into a blender in portions with the motor running. Let the dough sit for 20 minutes.
Bake small pancakes (in a non-stick skillet) medium-thick, browning. Place the finished pancakes in a stack on a plate under the lid to keep them warm.
Fold each pancake into a triangle and place the fruit in it. Tasty, smart, healthy !!!
